Commander Storm

Commander Henry Storm is Skylar and Sander's much older biological brother who treats Sander like a grandson. He and Skylar don't get along. He was sent to prevent Olive from escaping the Pollywog galaxy, but opted instead to get Sander and join the Justice Society of America.
