Willow Rooney (nee Cruz) (February 9th, 1998-c. 2085) is a friend and the sister-in-law of Liv, Parker and Maddie. She is married to Joey, but they don't mind spending time apart due to past problems. She doesn't have powers, and is the mother of Joey Jr., Daphne,Michael and Seth. She supervised Team Kickin'-Waka. Willow briefly resided in a rehab clinic, with Zuri, Holden, and Diggie. The 4 of them all love The Fantastic Four, which is why they all hung out together. Willow becomes extremely delusional when she is drunk-her addiction is more extreme than Diggie's. Unlike Holden, she does not have dreams of acting, she wants to explore her options much like Zuri, but is held back by her addiction.
